Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate in the region and provide remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents.

Through proactive service incident resolution, you will restore service and ensure SLA targets are met while documenting actions and using knowledge articles to guide fixes. Remote work from multiple locations supports diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Provides remote technical support to clients and identifies/resolves incidents.
• Logs incidents with required details and ensures timely resolution.
• Uses service assurance tools to investigate, diagnose, and report problems.
• Maintains knowledge of CIs and applies changes to protect assets.
