Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver professional remote technical support to clients. The role focuses on identifying and resolving incidents, driving resolution, and ensuring zero missed SLA conditions in a remote environment.

Responsibilities include using service assurance tools, maintaining CI configurations, and coordinating with vendors and clients to expedite diagnoses. Remote work is supported across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.).
• Entry level experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain support processes and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to investigate and diagnose problems.
• Identify and resolve problems following procedures.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
