You own our Italian-speaking top of funnel from first contact to qualified demo handoff to our Account Executives, with a clear path to becoming a closer within a few months. SDRs qualify leads, outreach across channels, and build sequences in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Native-level Italian with strong English proficiency.
• At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales, outbound or telesales.
• Naturally competitive and motivated by uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Qualify the leads our marketing generates daily.
• Multi-channel outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn, and tests of new channels.
• Build sequences: form hypotheses, test, measure, improve.
• Shape SDR processes in a fast-growing startup.
• Top SDRs have a real path to moving into an AE role within months.
