Job summary

Understory seeks an Italian-speaking sales professional to focus on the Italian market, generating qualified leads and building relationships for our Account Executives. You will contribute directly to revenue growth in Italy, provide market insights, and support the sales team with outreach strategies tailored to the Italian market.

You will research and connect with experience providers—from tours and classes to events and local activities—and convert conversations into booked meetings.

Qualifications

• Native level of Italian and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and outreach skills; proactive and organised.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers in Italy (experience providers, venues, activity operators).
• Execute high-volume cold calling and outreach via LinkedIn and email.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for AEs.
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM; track progress and report insights.
• Share learnings about the Italian market to refine messaging and strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach for growth.
