Job summary

Factorial, Barcelona-based, is hiring a Sales Development Representative Upsell for the Italian Market to support and scale our Upsell team. You’ll profile high-potential accounts, uncover Champions, and secure top-tier product demos in collaboration with Account Executives.

Focus on outbound, multi-channel outreach, discovery, and mapping IT decision-makers across Spain; use HubSpot CRM to track activity and learnings. Native Italian with professional English is required.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual Italian language skills and professional English required.
• 6+ months in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing SaaS roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-touch, multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, calls).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the IT product line.
• Research target accounts and map IT decision-makers across Spain.
• Refine outbound messaging and contribute to early sales playbooks.
• Collaborate with AEs to maximize pipeline conversion.
• Track activity, feedback, and learnings in HubSpot CRM.
