Formación

• 1 year of B2B SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.
• Solid understanding of key metrics: SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates.
• Self-starter attitude and ownership in a growing startup.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage high-potential Italian B2B prospects.
• Qualify leads and hand off sales-ready opportunities.
• Demonstrate Genesy AI's value in optimizing workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine outreach campaigns.
• Track metrics to improve outreach effectiveness.
• Gather market intelligence and provide insights.

Conocimientos

Advanced level of English

Native Italian

B2B SDR or outbound sales experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Understanding of B2B prospecting best practices

Familiarity with CRM tools
