fonio is seeking a French-speaking SDR to own the top of funnel from first contact to a qualified demo handoff to our Account Executives. A fast track to becoming a closer is possible within a few months.

You will qualify daily leads, manage multi-channel outreach including phone, email, LinkedIn, and testing new channels, and build sequences to test and improve hypotheses. A strong path to AE awaits top performers.

Formación

• Native French required; English proficiency beneficial.
• 1+ year of sales experience, ideally outbound or telesales in B2B SaaS.
• Naturally competitive and motivated by uncapped commissions.
• Willing to temporarily relocate to Austria for 1–2 months to soak up our culture.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify leads generated by marketing every day.
• Multi-channel outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn, and more channels.
• Build and test outreach sequences; measure results and iterate.
• Help shape SDR processes in a fast-growing startup.
• Onboard new customers and handoff to AEs when ready.
• Top SDRs have a real path to AE within months.
