Responsibilities

• Take part in the control and maintenance of the whole integrated management system.
• Lead and coordinate the team of Installation QA Technicians: recruiting, onboarding, project split, etc.
• Participate and/or support the Installation QA Technicians in the meetings with construction subcontractors, external companies and/or other areas from Concrete Tower GLS and Nordex for the quality-related topics of the projects or the business.
• Guide and give technical support to the team of Installation QA Technicians and teams of Site Quality Technicians with regards to the quality topics during the progress of the construction activities.
• Manager the quality KPIs for the construction process: collection, presentation, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree in engineering or architecture.
• Valuable training on constructive processes.
• Experience in a similar position will be valuable.
