Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales and Sales Development team in the SMB segment from Barcelona. You will coach, motivate, and manage the team to exceed revenue targets, manage the pipeline, and drive growth.

Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies, improve forecast accuracy, and accelerate lead generation while maintaining a customer-centric sales approach.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience of direct B2B sales management.
• Strong knowledge of the SMB segment and CRM systems.
• Proven ability in leadership, pipeline forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
