Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic sales leader to direct the Inside Sales and Sales Development teams, driving revenue growth and a customer-centric sales approach.

You will coach and develop talent, manage pipeline forecasts, and collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to optimize processes and lead generation. This role requires strong B2B leadership and a proven track record of exceeding quotas in the SMB segment.

Qualifications

• Direct B2B sales management experience with a proven record of leading teams and exceeding quotas.
• Strong knowledge of the SMB segment and solution selling tactics.
• Proven ability in leadership, pipeline forecasting, coaching, and building cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Inside Sales and Sales Development teams to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Monitor pipeline, metrics, and CRM data to forecast accurately and meet quotas.
• Coach and develop talent with development plans and performance management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Business Operations, and Sales Support to optimize processes.
