Iron Mountain, based in Barcelona, is actively seeking an Inside Sales Representative (German speaking) to drive growth in the Austrian/Swiss market from our office in Barcelona. You will build a sales pipeline, map key stakeholders, and lead high-level discovery calls to connect our digital and physical information management solutions with client needs.

You will own the full sales cycle, collaborating with a dynamic team and leveraging tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and Gong.

Qualifications

• German language mastery: native or near-native; English for internal collab.
• Proven track record in cold prospecting and end-to-end sales cycles.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or SaaS mid-market.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation: identify and pursue new business within Austrian/Swiss mid-market via cold calls, social selling, and email.
• Strategic prospecting: map stakeholders to understand pain points in information management.
• Consultative selling: conduct high-level discovery to align Iron Mountain solutions with client needs.
• Deal ownership: manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
• Market intelligence: track market trends and competitor activity to position value proposition.
