JD Logistics is seeking a highly organized frontline operations supervisor to lead inbound shift activities on the warehouse floor, including dock unloading, quality inspection, scanning, and high-velocity stowing.

You will directly manage large teams, drive real-time inventory accuracy, and enforce safety standards during the inbound shift window, coordinating with local floor staff and cross-functional managers.

Formación

• Greenfield launch leadership within high-volume e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, or retail distribution
• Experience leading large blue-collar teams (30+ operators) on a warehouse floor
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead inbound shift operations: dock unloading, quality inspection, scanning and high-velocity stowing
• Monitor hourly dock-to-stock metrics and resolve bottlenecks
• Oversee real-time operator allocation, attendance, and shift handovers
• Ensure safety standards and 24/7 coverage during launch window
• Coordinate with inventory control to optimize space and picking profiles
