JD Logistics in Foz, Spain is seeking an Inbound Team Leader to oversee dock unloading, receiving and stowing on a 24/7 inbound operation. You will manage large teams, drive inventory accuracy, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with local and global teams.

The role requires hands-on floor leadership, expertise with WMS and RF scanning, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will implement processes from ground up during this greenfield deployment and align local practices with global

• Experience leading large frontline teams in high-volume fulfillment.
• Proven ability with WMS, RF scanning, and dock operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin a plus.
• Willing to rotate shifts including nights and weekends.
