JD Logistics seeks an experienced frontline operations supervisor to lead inbound shift activities on the warehouse floor in Spain. You will supervise dock unloading, quality inspection, scanning, and high-velocity stowing to make inventory available for customer orders instantly.

You will manage large teams, ensure strict safety standards, and drive real-time metrics for dock-to-stock accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams on space optimization and process improvements.

Formación

• Must have verifiable background leading large teams (30+ operators) in high-volume fulfillment or distribution.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment is required.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct inbound shift operations on the dock unloading, quality inspection, scanning, and stowing processes.
• Monitor hourly dock-to-stock metrics and ensure inventory accuracy on the floor.
• Coordinate labor across receiving bays and storage aisles, ensuring safe, compliant operations.
• Work with local teams to optimize space and align with automated picking profiles.
