Formación

  • Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model (partly from the office, partly from home).

Responsabilidades

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Engage with potential customers in Dutch and English to introduce products or services.
  • Research target accounts to understand key decision-makers and business needs.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to develop and execute prospecting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline goals.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) fluent in Dutch and English to join our growing team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.

You will play a key role in driving company growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.

  • Engage with potential customers in Dutch and English to introduce products or services.

  • Research target accounts to understand key decision-makers and business needs.

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to develop and execute prospecting strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline goals.

  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions and maintain strong product knowledge.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2+) – both written and spoken.

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive, results-driven, and resilient mindset.

  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor your approach accordingly.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model (partly from the office, partly from home).

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
