About WebPros

WebPros is committed to empowering businesses worldwide through cutting-edge solutions in web hosting, billing automation, infrastructure, server management, and online marketing. Since our founding in 2017, we’ve rapidly grown into a global leader, expanding our robust portfolio to include industry-defining brands such as cPanel & WHM, Plesk, WHMCS, SolusVM, NIXStats, XOVI, SocialBee, and Sitejet.

Today, we power 85 million+ websites across 900,000+ servers worldwide, backed by a 600+ strong team of dedicated professionals spanning multiple continents. At WebPros, we embrace a fully remote, borderless workplace with a focus on flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. Whether you prefer working from a bustling city hub or a quiet home office, we enable our teams to thrive from anywhere while staying deeply connected through our strong collaborative culture.

Your Role

Hello, I’m Katee, the Chief People Officer. I live in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A. I have been in HR for over 25 years in a lot of different roles- human resources strategist, speaker, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) advocate. I want our team to focus on building an inclusive and high-performing culture. Before coming to WebPros, I was the Vice President of Global Engagement and Inclusion in another organization, where I played a key role in building the HR function, developing the company’s DEI initiatives, and creating employee engagement strategies. On the side, I am one of the co-hosts of the Inclusive AF podcast, where my co-host, Jackye Clayton, and I focus on DEI topics, current HR issues, and how to make work better. I would love to find another awesome person to join our team!

Your Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, people analytics, or workforce reporting
  • Experience supporting or partnering with Finance / FP&A on headcount and labor cost planning
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms; UKG (Ultimate / Kronos) experience required
  • Strong skills in Cognos BI or similar business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization
  • Experience interpreting and reconciling workforce data for planning, budgeting, and audits
  • Ability to design and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports with high accuracy
  • Strong attention to data integrity, with a track record of identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Comfort working with large datasets and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to collaborate across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders

Your Responsibilities :

  • Own regular and ad hoc headcount, attrition, and organizational structure reporting for HR and Finance teams
  • Maintain accuracy of headcount data across HRIS and financial planning tools, supporting workforce planning and audit readiness
  • Provide visibility into global workforce trends through dashboards, reports, and presentations

Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Cognos BI (or similar tools) to support data-driven decision-making
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle
  • Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop scalable solutions
  • Track recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates
  • Deliver monthly or quarterly recruiting dashboards and support TA team with ad hoc reporting needs
  • Help identify bottlenecks or trends in the hiring funnel to support continuous improvement
  • Serve as a key user and reporting expert for UKG (Ultimate / Kronos) , including Core HR, Talent, and Time modules
  • Ensure data integrity across systems, including onboarding, job changes, terminations, and other employee lifecycle events
  • Support audits and compliance efforts with accurate and timely reporting
  • Partner with Finance and FP&A to reconcile headcount and payroll data with budget and forecast
  • Deliver reporting and insights for labor cost modeling, workforce planning, and scenario analyses
  • Participate in annual planning, budgeting, and compensation review cycles
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and reporting processes through automation or system enhancements
  • Document processes and maintain data dictionaries or SOPs for recurring reporting
  • Support HR initiatives and special projects such as reorgs, compensation reviews, or tool implementations

You’ll thrive here if you enjoy helping others and solving problems, and you are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks. You excel in fast-paced environments and can adapt to changing priorities, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

You might struggle here if you prefer highly structured roles with rigid processes and find it challenging to navigate ambiguity or adapt to changing priorities. You require constant guidance rather than taking initiative and driving your own work.

This is a critical role that requires a proactive approach to HR operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes for BI / Analytics. If you love data, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic team, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our HR team.

We believe benefits go beyond just perks. At WebPros, we invest in your growth, flexibility, and well-being, so you can do your best work and build a meaningful career. While we strive to provide equal global benefits for all team members, some may vary by location, and we’ll clarify the details with you during the interview process.

  • Competitive salary : 55-65K Euro annually.
  • Learning Support : Udemy subscription & peer learning.
  • Gym reimbursement : up to 25 Euro / month for your gym subscription.
  • Paid Time Off : 25 days of annual leave.
  • Team Culture : Regular team and on-site company events.

Our Culture

WebPros is built on diversity, not just in principle but by design. We’ve grown through acquiring industry-leading brands, bringing together teams from 42+ nationalities, 20+ countries, and 10+ brands . Instead of enforcing a one-size-fits-all culture, we embrace unique perspectives, different working styles, and localized expertise to drive global innovation.

We are a fully remote, async-friendly company where transparency, open communication, and collaborative problem-solving define how we work. Whether you thrive in the fast pace of a startup or the stability of an established product , WebPros offers a dynamic, evolving career journey that you can shape based on your strengths.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable workplace where every team member feels valued, heard, and supported because our diversity is our strength.

Your Hiring Experience

Hi, I'm Radostina, your Talent Partner at WebPros. My genuine interest in people led me into the HR world over 4 years ago, and since then, I've been primarily within the IT industry. Interview Process :

  • Prescreen with Recruiter (30 min) : An introduction to the role and us getting to know you.
  • Technical interview (45 minutes) : You will have a conversation with two Finance / BI team members around your technical skills and past experiences, with the objective to assess role alignment and competences needed.
  • Manager Interview (30 min) : A conversation with your future manager, Katee, where she’ll introduce you to WebPros culture, the role and provide insights on the types of projects you’ll be working on. We’ll discuss your motivation, career aspirations, and how your experience aligns with the role while giving you as much insight as possible into what to expect.
  • Offer Talk (30 min) : Final conversation with the recruiter to review offer details and answer any remaining questions.

Our Commitment to a Diverse & Inclusive Culture

We are committed to ensuring equitable opportunities, pay, and support for all employees, regardless of identity, background, or circumstances. We foster a culture of belonging, respect, and psychological safety, where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute meaningfully and grow.

Discrimination of any kind, including sexism, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, and ageism, has no place here. By embracing differences and championing inclusivity, we create an environment where everyone can thrive.

We are looking forward to your application!

Best,

Katee & Radi
