Your Role
Hello, I’m Katee, the Chief People Officer. I live in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A. I have been in HR for over 25 years in a lot of different roles- human resources strategist, speaker, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) advocate. I want our team to focus on building an inclusive and high-performing culture. Before coming to WebPros, I was the Vice President of Global Engagement and Inclusion in another organization, where I played a key role in building the HR function, developing the company’s DEI initiatives, and creating employee engagement strategies. On the side, I am one of the co-hosts of the Inclusive AF podcast, where my co-host, Jackye Clayton, and I focus on DEI topics, current HR issues, and how to make work better. I would love to find another awesome person to join our team!

This is a critical role that requires a proactive approach to HR operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes for BI / Analytics. If you love data, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic team, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our HR team.
