A technology-enabled healthcare company in Madrid is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide support, develop new processes, and assist with hiring. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, experience in multinational organizations, and fluency in both Spanish and English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential along with familiarity with software like Workday.

Formación

  • At least 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a large multinational organization strongly preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to employees by answering questions related to HR policies, procedures, practices, and regulations.
  • Assist in developing new processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, IT, operations, marketing, sales, product, engineering, customer service, training, and other departments.
  • Assist with hiring, recruiting, interviewing, and orientation.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and union contracts.
  • Monitor and maintain records of personnel actions, employee files, and personnel statistics.
  • Conduct investigations into alleged violations of company policies or codes of conduct.
  • Advise managers and supervisors on disciplinary matters and terminations.
  • Review and recommend changes to existing human resources policies and practices.
  • Develop and implement training programs.
  • Coordinate employee events and activities.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences, Bachelor degree in HR Management or a similar academic education.
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources would be highly appreciated.
  • At least 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a large multinational organization strongly preferred.
  • Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using Workday highly desirable.
