Formación

🔎 Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Support the execution of the Annual Training Plan, ensuring coverage across all areas (production, installation, sales, support areas).
  • Provide operational support to ensure the Annual Training Plan aligns with the strategy (>200% growth in less than 5 years).
  • Coordinate in-person and online training, managing registrations, invitations, materials, hotel bookings and attendance tracking.
  • Monitor and report training budgets and costs by area or project.
  • Process FUNDAE funding applications and coordinate documentation with providers and administration.
🔗 Requirements to join us:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Operational People Developer, or similar.
  • Postgraduate training in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or People Management is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development environments.
  • Experience in multinational companies or fast-expanding contexts is a plus.
  • Desirable experience in implementing learning platforms (LMS) and managing international training projects.
  • High-level English (B2).
  • Knowledge of digital training tools.
  • Knowledge of development and talent process.
