• Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech.
• Proven work with FCA regulations and regulatory communication.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-risk payments/acquiring.
• Successful track record in building operational processes from zero.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and payment flows.

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale operational processes from the ground up.
• Act as primary point of contact for FCA and regulatory interactions.
• Oversee high-risk transaction flows and compliance alignment.
• Structure internal policies and operational playbooks.
• Lead cross-department communication for timely decisions.
