We are looking for a visionary and experienced Head Chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine for the opening of Casa METT Sitges. This role will lead our gastronomic operations, with a particular focus on developing and managing our new restaurant concept (Italian premium/fine dining), while also overseeing all other F&B outlets within the hotel.

Main responsibilities
  • Lead the conceptualization, creation, and launch of a new italian premium/fine dining restaurant, together with the entire gastronomic offer of the hotel for the other F&B Outlets.
  • Design and implement menus that reflect the region’s culinary identity with a modern and fresh twist.
  • Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets in the hotel
  • Manage kitchen staff, recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and innovation across all outlets.
  • Control kitchen costs through effective budgeting, inventory management, and supplier negotiation.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with hotel management, F&B, and marketing teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications
  • Previous Experience as Head Chef in a premium/ fine dining environment in hotels or standalone restaurants.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for Italian and mediterranean cuisine, with the ability to innovate while respecting tradition.
  • Experience managing multi-outlet operations is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • High standards in food presentation, hygiene, and quality control.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in Spanish and high intermedium level in English
