Job summary

Costa Navarino in Spain invites an Agent, Welcome Desk to join our hotel team. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, delivering seamless arrivals and departures with warm, personalized service.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field, at least 2 years’ Front Office experience, and excellent English. Knowledge of additional languages and Opera PMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Front Office experience in a hotel environment.
• Excellent English language skills; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with a warm, confident and personalized approach.
• Manage arrivals, departures, check-in and check-out in line with Brand Standards.
• Handle payments, deposits, billing inquiries and financial transactions accurately.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, activities and local experiences.
• Recognize Marriott Bonvoy members and ensure accurate delivery of their benefits.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution.
• Escalate operational issues and follow company policies, SOPs and training requirements.
