Job summary

Costa Navarino in Greece seeks a Front Office Agent to deliver seamless service to owners, tenants and guests across pre-arrival to departure. You will blend Front Office, Concierge and Guest Relations duties, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in luxury hospitality, and fluency in English; Opera PMS experience is highly preferred. Growth opportunities exist within a multicultural, international environment at Costa Navarino.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• 1–2 years in Front Office, Concierge or Guest Relations in luxury hospitality.
• Good knowledge of front office procedures and basic billing.
• Experience with Opera PMS is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage owner, tenant and guest requests from pre-arrival through departure.
• Welcome guests, complete check-in and provide information on services.
• Coordinate with resort teams and handle follow-up on requests.
• Assist with reservations, experiences, transportation and activities.
• Maintain guest information in the PMS and support billing tasks.
