Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and recognize all loyal members and repeater guests.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and share info with relevant teams.
• Review daily arrivals and prepare amenities and requests.

• Coordinate personalized celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, dinners).
• Be present in public areas during peak hours to engage with guests.

We are looking for a Agent, W Insider to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

The role coordinates daily activities, manages information and follows up on pending tasks and guest requests. It works closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations, accurate records and timely responses, in line with W Brand Standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all loyal members and repeater guests are personally welcomed and recognized.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, including preferences and special requests, and ensure relevant information is shared with the respective teams and departments.
• Review daily arrivals and ensure all welcome amenities, preferences and special requests are prepared accordingly.
• Coordinate and follow-up on guest complaints, concerns and service requests, working closely with the relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.
• Coordinate personalized special occasion celebrations, including birthdays, anniversaries and private dinners.
• Be present in public areas during peak hours to interact with guests daily, gather preferences and to ensure all guests’ needs are met and create personalized experiences.
• Be in constant co-operation with other departments.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry. Guest Relations experience in a five-star hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Strong guest service skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of PMS and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Professional, team-oriented and detail-focused, with a positive attitude and strong integrity.
• Valid driving license.
