Job summary

Oyster is hiring a GTM Engineer to act as the technical operator behind our revenue engine. You will design, connect, and automate the GTM stack, turning strategy into reliable workflows that require minimal manual intervention.

You’ll work across Salesforce, HubSpot, enrichment providers, outbound tools, and our data warehouse, building AI-driven solutions that speed up research, personalisation, and buying-signal detection while ensuring data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a GTM engineering, revenue ops, growth engineering, or marketing/ sales engineering role.
• Proven examples of solutions that moved pipeline; describe what was built and results.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of the modern GTM stack; experience configuring CRM and integrations.
• Experience owning production workflows: error handling, monitoring and alerting.
• Experience using AI/LLMs in GTM or automation contexts with practical judgment.
• Commercial instinct: understanding funnel mechanics and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Design the architecture of the GTM stack: CRM objects, lifecycle stages, routing, and contracts.
• Integrate systems end to end: Salesforce, enrichment providers, outbound tools, marketing automation, and APIs.
• Ship AI-driven GTM workflows for research, outreach, and real-time alerts.
• Improve commercial processes and own revenue generation improvements.
• Build automated data waterfalls and ensure data quality in the CRM.
• Work in a live system, reverse-engineer processes, and plan migrations with minimal disruption.
• Define metrics, measure outcomes, and maintain trustworthy automations as they scale.
• Keep the stack maintainable and compliant with proper monitoring and documentation.
• Collaborate with GTM to translate goals into technical solutions and evaluate ideas.
