Job summary

Biorce is seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer to own the infrastructure powering our outbound and prospecting motion. You will build and continuously improve the GTM engine across prospecting, enrichment, intent signals, sequencing, calling, automation and AI-powered outbound.

You will collaborate with Sales, SDR, Revenue Operations and Commercial Leadership to turn GTM ideas into scalable systems, identify triggers within pharma companies, enrich accounts and stakeholders, prioritize opportunities,

Qualifications

• Experience building GTM systems or revenue automation in a high-growth environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Clay and enrichment/prospecting workflows.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and outbound tools (Outreach/Salesloft).

Responsibilities

• Own GTM technology and automation engine end-to-end.
• Build workflows across tools (Clay, Apollo, CRM, dialers).
• Develop signal-based outbound systems using events and intent data.
• Create AI-powered outbound workflows for scalable prospecting.
• Maintain AI SDR workflows and agents to automate prospecting tasks.
• Design account/contact scoring to prioritize opportunities.
