Job summary

Oyster is hiring a GTM Engineer to own the technical operator role behind the revenue engine. You will design and connect the GTM stack, including CRM objects, enrichment providers, outbound tooling, marketing automation, and data warehouses.

You will also build AI-driven workflows to enhance prospect research and outreach. Based fully remotely, you will collaborate with GTM teams across the global organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a GTM engineering, Revenue operations, growth engineering, or marketing/sales engineering role or a software engineering background focused on revenue problems.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of the modern GTM stack and CRM architecture with the ability to reconfigure objects and routing.
• Experience owning production workflows including error handling, monitoring, and alerting.

Responsibilities

• Design the architecture of the GTM stack: CRM objects, lifecycle stages, routing logic, and system-wide contracts.
• Integrate systems end to end (Salesforce, enrichment providers, outbound platforms, and marketing automation)
• Ship AI-driven GTM workflows and real-time buying-signal alerts.
• Build automated data waterfalls and maintain data integrity across pipelines.
• Translate commercial goals into technical solutions and mentor cross-functional teams.
