Perk is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer to build and optimize AI-powered outbound workflows. You will design Clay tables and enrichment flows, implement multi-step workflows, and translate buying signals into scalable, automated GTM processes.

The role focuses on AI-driven enrichment, personalisation, and data integration with Salesforce, Outreach, and major data providers to power scalable revenue operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design, build, and maintenance of Clay tables, waterfall enrichment flows, and AI column logic that power Perk's outbound engine.
• Engineer multi-step Clay workflows using webhooks, HTTP API integrations, and conditional branching to automate account and contact sourcing at scale.
• Build and iterate on AI prompt layers within Clay using LLM columns to generate personalised outreach snippets, research account context, and qualify leads programmatically.
• Construct and maintain signal-based prospecting systems that ingest buying triggers and route them into prioritised Clay tables for Sales activation.
• Integrate Clay with Salesforce, Outreach, and data providers to maintain clean, enriched GTM data.
