Lighthouse is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer for Revenue & Go-To-Market to transform internal operations. You will lead AI-driven workflows, build integrations for scalability, and partner with domain experts to translate business problems into automated solutions.

The role emphasizes production-grade AI tooling, collaboration with AI infrastructure, and roadmap co-creation within a decentralized AI team. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Background in software and integration engineering.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows and tooling.
• Experience with sales technology and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., BigQuery).
• Production experience with LLM APIs (Claude, Gemini, GPT).
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AI solutions for Revenue & GTM teams.
• Collaborate with domain experts to map business challenges to AI workflows.
• Build and operate AI agent workflows and integrations for scalable sales ops.
• Partner with central AI infra engineers to ensure robust solutions.
• Pitch ideas and help co-create the AI adoption roadmap for your domain.
• Drive projects with an outcome-focused mindset delivering business value.
• Contribute to the Go-To-Market AI Team and collaborate with Data, Insights & Systems.
• Develop prototypes/POCs and then scale validated solutions with core teams.
