Affinity Inc. is seeking a GTM Analytics Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable data infrastructure enabling analytics and reporting for GTM metrics across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and CS.

The role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and embraces a hub-hybrid model with in-office collaboration. You will manage dbt models, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate analytics while enforcing data quality, governance, and security.

Formación

• Proficiency with data pipeline development and SQL.
• Experience with cloud data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Hands-on Salesforce data management and SOQL troubleshooting.
• dbt in version-controlled CI/CD workflows.
• Experience integrating data warehouses with AI/LLM tooling.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain GTM data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Develop and test dbt models, enforce CI/CD testing.
• Create reusable semantic layers and standardized metrics.
• Govern data quality controls and monitor pipeline performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders.
• Architect AI-ready data models for safe LLM querying.
