Jobgether is seeking a GTM Operations Manager based in Spain to join a remote-first, international team. You will optimize cross-functional workflows between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth, implementing data-rich automation across CRM, marketing automation, and product-usage systems.

You will own projects end-to-end, measure impact with defined metrics, and contribute to scalable, reliable processes that improve data quality and handoffs.

Formación

• At least 3 years of hands-on go-to-market, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with data management, flows, and customization.
• Experience building workflows in marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Iterable).
• Experience developing or implementing AI-powered workflows and explaining outcomes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across systems with data-backed decision making.
• Ownership mindset to independently manage projects and deliver results.
• Excellent written communication and ability to document processes clearly.
• High attention to data accuracy and operational dependencies.
• Adaptability, learning agility, and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own selected GTM workflows end-to-end, translating needs into practical solutions and defining success metrics.
• Optimize lead and account handoffs with data enrichment, routing, alerts, and follow-ups.
• Support customer lifecycle programs with Marketing and Customer Growth.
• Maintain reliable data flows across CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle, and product-usage systems.
• Build, test, and monitor automations with edge-case handling and rollback plans.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows for enrichment, research, qualification, and QA.
• Document workflows and maintain up-to-date guides; assist onboarding and adoption.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards tracking workflow health and campaign performance.
• Contribute to continuous GTM operations improvements to reduce manual work and scale processes.
