Buynomics, a next‑generation SaaS company in pricing and product optimization, is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own GTM systems end-to-end. The role emphasizes a hands-on, builder‑heavy approach with Salesforce, HubSpot, and automation tools, plus collaboration with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.

You will streamline processes, build full‑funnel reporting, support forecasting, and explore AI-assisted automation in a remote-first setup with Barcelona hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops at a B2B SaaS startup/scale-up.
• Hands-on admin experience with Salesforce Flows and HubSpot Workflows.
• Experience with low/no-code automation platforms connecting multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, automation tools) and data flow.
• Streamline and rebuild workflows with Flows/Workflows and cross-system automations.
• Build full-funnel reporting from marketing to revenue and leadership view.
• Support forecasting with pipeline models and risk signals.
• Coordinate cross-functional GTM projects with Sales, Marketing, CS and Finance.
• Maintain data quality, hygiene, deduplication, and field definitions across CRM.
• Explore AI-assisted automation and pilot new approaches as stack matures.
