Paradox is seeking a hands-on marketing operator to own end-to-end campaigns, harnessing AI to scale with a small team. You will set strategy across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels while executing the core work yourself, using Claude Code daily for asset creation, automation, and optimization.

You will read data across GA4 and Looker Studio, reallocate budgets quickly, and coordinate Growth, Social, and Content Factory efforts to maximize impact.

Formación

• 3-5 years in marketing with both strategic and hands-on execution experience
• Portfolio > pedigree; a scrappy before/after beats a polished CV
• You already use AI daily to create leverage and solve complex issues.

Responsabilidades

• Own channel strategy & execution across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing; you execute the core of it yourself
• Run campaigns hands-on: briefs, copy, targeting, launch, analysis; you touch the full loop
• AI leverage: use Claude Code daily to build campaign assets, automate reporting, generate creative variations
• Read the data & reallocate fast in GA4, ad platforms, and Looker Studio; reallocate budget/effort toward what compounds quickly
• Coordinate the extended team: brief and align Growth, Social, and Content Factory efforts
• Report outcomes, not activity: provide data-backed recommendations to leadership
