Job summary

Paradox is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth to architect and pilot the Revenue Engine. You’ll translate data into actionable experiments, build scalable funnels, and lead a team across paid, copy, Web, and PMM to drive revenue growth.

You will identify growth levers, launch new channels, and optimize funnels to double conversion. You’ll manage hypotheses, track KPI progress, and align product, marketing, and sales around a data-driven growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing.
• Proven track record designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests with revenue impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine with a brand-led, data-driven approach.
• Design, launch, and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging, and channels.
• Identify growth levers, test hypotheses, and optimize for higher conversion and ROI.
• Lead and coach the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) and align with Sales.
• Ensure data integrity, track KPIs (LTV, CAC, retention) and drive scalable growth loops.
