Enginy, a Barcelona-based AI-native GTM startup, is seeking a Growth Marketer to turn attention into a sustainable pipeline. You’ll own conversion from the first website visit to closed-won, run experiments, deploy AI-powered lead magnets, and fix the biggest funnel leak every month.

This is a full-funnel role: set strategy, measure impact, and work closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Product. You’ll decide what to test, what to build, and where to focus to move the numbers, with

Formación

• 3–6 years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, CRO or demand generation.
• Proven track record improving conversions and generating demos and pipeline.
• Strong experimentation mindset with data-driven testing.
• Hands-on with analytics tools (GA4, heatmaps) and a CRM (HubSpot).
• Fluent Spanish and English; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Website & CRO: optimize messaging, CTAs, forms, and pages.
• Full-funnel optimization: map funnel, set benchmarks, lead scoring with Sales.
• Lead magnets & free AI tools: gating, landing pages, tracking across CRM.
• Nurturing & lifecycle strategy: design sequences by persona and funnel stage.
• Power users & advocacy: detect power users, trigger reviews, case studies.
• LinkedIn conversion: optimize profiles and posts for conversion.
• Growth planning & reporting: monthly funnel reviews and quarterly OKRs.
