Job summary

Paradox seeks a hands-on Head Of Growth to architect and pilot a Revenue Engine, shifting from founder-led marketing to a brand-led, data-driven approach. You will lead from the front, designing and launching experiments, identifying growth levers, and teaching the team how to execute at speed.

You will oversee funnels, pricing, offers, and messaging, while ensuring tracking integrity and rapid iteration. This role requires strong analytical skills, fluency in data and persuasion, and experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine, transitioning to a brand-led, data-driven approach.
• Lead hands-on CRO, funnel optimization, and experimentation across channels.
• Oversee growth loops, channel exploration, and budget scaling while maintaining data integrity.
• Manage a Growth team and align with Sales to improve lead quality and conversions.
