Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing.
• Proven track record designing, implementing, and scaling A/B/multivariate tests that improve revenue, activation, or conversion.
• Strong competencies in Growth Diagnosis, System Thinking, Persuasion, and Analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Architect and pilot a data-driven Revenue Engine, transitioning to a brand-led, repeatable growth model.
• Lead hands-on funnel design, testing, and optimization across channels to double conversion.
• Identify growth levers, launch new channels, and scale profitable campaigns.
• Ensure accurate tracking, data integrity, and learnings that compound over time.
