Paradox seeks a hands-on Growth & CRO specialist to ideate, copy, design the strategy, and launch experiments directly. You will ship landing pages, automations, and AI-assisted assets to drive rapid growth and transform insights into measurable outcomes.

You will work with Claude Code, lightweight automation, and data platforms daily to power hypothesis generation, asset creation, and testing at speed. This is a remote, full-time role with flexibility and impact.

Formación

• 2-3 years in growth, CRO, or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to design, launch and analyse experiments.
• Experience using AI daily to accelerate growth.
• Strong data interpretation and hypothesis generation.

Responsabilidades

• Build, ship and analyze CRO experiments (headlines, pricing, offers).
• Design and implement landing pages and automations.
• Create AI-powered assets and pipelines to scale testing.
• Identify friction and ship tests immediately with the team.
• Monitor GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar for insights and improvements.
• Contribute to growth loops and new acquisition angles.
