PULT is seeking a senior marketing / growth manager to own the full funnel end to end. You will drive demand generation, brand storytelling and digital/offline campaigns, while expanding into international markets and building a scalable, AI-native marketing engine.

You will manage budget, collaborate with Sales and Product, and hire the first marketing team as we scale. This is a remote-first role with global reach and significant growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with hands-on experience across paid, online and offline channels.
• AI-native marketing approach with everyday use of AI tools for research, content, creative and automation.
• Strong storytelling and writing in English; bold, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run demand generation campaigns across paid, organic and events.
• Own the website, landing pages and funnel with a focus on conversions and ROI.
• Build and scale an integrated marketing stack (HubSpot, analytics, AI tooling) and define the roadmap.
