Paradox EN is seeking a hands-on Social Media Builder to own Paradox's presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You will cut, caption, and post content directly, using Claude Code to automate repurposing and scale output without waiting for briefs.

You must be fluent in French and English, with 2–3 years of experience and a portfolio demonstrating shipped content. Remote-first with flexibility, strong data chops, and a bias for action.

Formación

• 2–3 years in social media management or content creation in a fast-moving brand or creator context.
• Portfolio showing shipped reels/shorts and growth numbers.
• You already use Claude or similar AI tools weekly for editing, captioning, or automation.

Responsabilidades

• Build & ship content daily across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• Own channels end-to-end: calendar, posting, community replies, and performance tracking.
• Test hooks, formats, and posting times; drop underperforming formats quickly.
• Leverage Claude Code daily to automate repurposing and generate caption/hook variations.
• Read data from platform analytics + GA4 and focus on growth-driving insights.
• Contribute to growth by feeding winning angles back into new formats.
