Job summary

Paradox is seeking a marketer who owns campaigns end-to-end. You will write, launch, and read the results yourself, using AI as a team of interns to scale your impact. You’ll balance experimentation with data-driven decisions and drive outcomes across channels.

You will operate in a startup environment, fluent in French and English, with a fully remote option or Dubai office; 3–5 years of marketing experience and a portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing, ideally with strategic and hands-on execution experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating campaigns, tests, landing pages, and automations.
• Daily use of AI to create leverage and solve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy & execution across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing.
• Run campaigns hands-on: briefs, copy, targeting, launch, analysis.
• Leverage AI daily to build assets, automate reporting, and generate variations.
• Read data across GA4, ad platforms, Looker Studio; reallocate budget quickly.
• Coordinate Growth, Social, and Content Factory efforts to reinforce channels.
• Report outcomes with data-backed recommendations to leadership.
