This is a confidential opportunity to join a fast-growing hospitality with a strong lifestyle and luxury positioning. The group currently operates a collection of distinctive hotels & resorts,several strategic openings planned across Europe and the Middle East over the next 24 months.
Mission :
You will lead the global marketing function, supporting the rollout of new projects and reinforcing the brand DNA across all properties. This is a high-impact role for a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader who can operate across brand development, pre-openings, team coordination, and commercial alignment.
You will be in charge of the Marketing Culture Brand Book.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and elevate the brand identity through a consistent and compelling brand book.
Lead the development of 360 marketing plans for each property (brand, digital, PR, offline activations).
Ensure global brand coherence while allowing room for local expression and creativity
Pre-Openings & Launches
Build and deploy go-to-market strategies for hotels, beach clubs, and residences.
Oversee campaign execution and coordination with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
Team Support & Coordination
Ensure alignment with commercial teams (DOSM) to drive performance and visibility.
Monitor marketing KPIs and provide strategic feedback to improve results across the board.
Support the onboarding of local marketing teams and contribute to building a high-performing, lifestyle-driven marketing culture.
Prepare the groundwork for the evolution of the marketing department into a more structured, multi-brand entity over the next 34 years.
Profile Sought :
Natural leadership with the ability to influence, support, and structure.
Fluent in English. Spanish is not required but could be a plus.
