Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as the job includes leading supplier assessments and implementing improvement actions across a global supply base.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supplier development and supplier quality management.
• Experience with transformer industry relevant materials and components production is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the supplier qualification process through SAP Ariba assessments.
• Implement improvement actions based on audit findings.
• Monitor supplier performance indicators and drive annual evaluations.
