Job summary

HP España is seeking an Inside Account Representative to work with Account Executives, retaining existing customers and creating new sales opportunities. You will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, support contractual engagements, and drive growth by expanding the product portfolio across accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in sales/account management, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English fluency required.
• At least two years in sales and account management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing pipelines.
• Strong organizational and program management skills.
• Experience in direct sales with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and manage relationships with customers to drive business growth.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and plan improvements.
• Collaborate with AEs to develop strategies for accounts.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams using remote sales tools.
• Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within accounts and plan growth.
