Job summary

HP Madrid is seeking a Graduate Inside Account Representative to work with Account Executives, retaining customers and creating new sales opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle for a range of accounts, focusing on relationship-building and a smooth experience from initial contact to close.

You will support end-to-end activities, engage with influencers, and ensure collaboration across teams to drive opportunities and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the last 12 months.
• Native-level Spanish fluency.
• High level of English fluency.
• Catalan proficiency is a strong asset.
• No required experience; internships or up to 2 years in sales are a plus.
• IT/technical background valued.
• Interest in sales, account management, or customer engagement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to support account teams and transactional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Build and manage relationships to drive growth.
• Analyze sales data to track performance and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with AEs to develop strategies for accounts.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams using remote tools.
• Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand within accounts with AEs and partners.
• Independently manage smaller transactional deals from qualification to close.
• Assist with product selection, demos, RFP responses, and catalog updates.
• Support the sales cycle through coordination, pricing, and demos.
