Job summary

HP is seeking a Commercial Inside Account Executive (French-speaking) to own end-to-end account strategy for medium business accounts in Spain. You will build executive relationships, drive acquisition and retention, and coordinate with internal teams to align resources and deliver outcome-based value.

Fluent French and strong English, a bachelor’s degree, and proven sales or account-management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Fluent French is required.
• A good command of English is required.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
• Experience working with medium business accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy.
• Expand share-of-wallet by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition (new logos), retention, & development mid-sized accounts.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
• Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.
• Identify and connect customer strategy, key initiatives and HP offering to build outcome-based sales and substantiating business case aligned to customer key initiatives.
• Engage with executives and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to align resources with client needs.
