HP Madrid Office is seeking a Junior Inside Account Representative to support Account Executives in retaining customers and creating new opportunities. You will manage end-to-end sales, build relationships, and drive growth across accounts with a focus on transactional deals and AI-enabled selling.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, native Spanish, strong English, and at least two years in sales. Hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Native Spanish fluency and high English fluency.
• At least two years in sales and account management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing pipelines.
• Background in IT or related technical field valued.
• Strong organizational and program management skills.
• Experience in direct sales and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to support account teams and drive transactional deals.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and manage relationships with customers to drive business growth.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies for accounts.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using remote tools.
• Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within accounts and plan growth.
• Independently manage smaller transactional deals from qualification to close.
