HP Madrid is seeking a Junior Inside Account Representative to support Account Executives, managing end-to-end sales, building relationships, and driving opportunities from initial contact to close.

This role emphasizes collaboration across teams, data-driven decision making, and adoption of new products, with a hybrid work model and a global, diverse environment.

Bachelor's degree required; fluency in Catalan/Spanish and strong English; two years in sales; IT background valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Native Catalan & Spanish fluency; high English fluency.
• At least two years in sales and account management.
• Background in IT or related technical field valued.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and manage relationships with customers to drive business growth.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies for new and existing accounts.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using remote sales tools.
• Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within accounts and plan account growth.
• Independently manage smaller transactional deals from qualification to close, focusing on expanding the product portfolio to customers.
• Assist with product selection, demonstrations, responding to requests for proposals, and updating sales catalogs.
• Oversee the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solution development, closing sales, and technical demonstrations.
