Job summary

HP Madrid Office is seeking a Graduate Inside Account Representative to work with Account Executives, retain customers, and create new sales opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle for a range of accounts, focusing on relationships and a smooth close.

You will support end-to-end sales activities, build relationships with influencers, and ensure collaboration across teams. Native Spanish and strong English are required; Catalan is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained within the last 12 months.
• Native-level Spanish language fluency.
• High level of English language fluency.
• Catalan language proficiency is considered a strong asset.
• No previous experience required; internships or up to two years in a sales-related role would be a plus.
• Background in Information Technology or related technical field valued.
• Interest in sales/account management or customer engagement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in digital and remote selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and manage relationships with customers to drive business growth.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies for new and existing accounts.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using remote sales tools.
• Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within accounts and plan account growth.
• Independently manage smaller transactional deals from qualification to close.
• Assist with product selection, demonstrations, RFP responses, and sales catalog updates.
• Support the sales cycle through project coordination, pricing activities, solution development, and sales closure.
