The role involves partnering with local and global leaders to align HR strategies, drive organizational performance, and enhance employee engagement. Ideal candidates will have extensive HR experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a strong background in performance management and talent development.

Formación

• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted advisor to align people strategy with business goals.
• Lead talent acquisition and performance management processes.
