Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic sales, global business development, or client relationship management.
• Extensive experience in the clinical trial industry with deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape.
• Deep understanding of clinical research service lines and the full drug development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with mid- to executive-level stakeholders across large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Collaborative and influential, with experience leading cross-functional sales efforts.
• Willingness to travel at least 60% for client engagements, internal meetings, and industry conferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead global BD efforts across high-value accounts to drive growth.
• Identify and pursue enterprise opportunities, MSAs, and alliances.
• Create multi-year growth plans for global clients aligned to objectives.
• Collaborate with therapy leads, operations, delivery, and marketing to tailor solutions.
• Develop high-impact proposals and RFP responses.
• Maintain CRM records with account strategy, contacts, opportunities, and communications.
